After starting at Abbott Laboratories, he rose to a VP/corporate officer role with Roche prior to founding Blue Marble Medical, where he has had CEO roles at 4 medtech newcos and taken governance or advisory roles in many others.
Dr. von Allmen is the Surgeon-in-Chief; Lester W. Martin Chair of Pediatric Surgery and Senior Vice President, Surgical Services at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where he also holds an academic appointment as a Professor, University of Cincinnati Department of Surgery. Dr. von Allmen's special clinical interests include pediatric surgical oncology, pediatric inflammatory bowel disease, surgical innovation, and surgical robotics. He conceived the FIND system.
Dr. Guterman is with Ben Gurion University where he is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Researcher in Agricultural, Biological, and Cognitive robotics. He is an expert in autonomous robotics and is the technical visionary behind bringing Dr. von Allmen's concept to life.

Mr. Dunki-Jacobs has over 40 years of industry experience as a technical and business development leader with General Electric and Johnson and Johnson; President of Xi Technology, LLC, a life sciences and medical device business development and consulting firm.
Ms. Dickerson has a proven track record of successfully developing, implementing and managing Quality Management Systems from design to customer delivery in both medical and consumer applications for P&G, Spectrum Brands, and Energizer Holdings.
Director of life sciences at CincyTech, Dr. Rice has 27 years of venture investing and 13 years of research and R&D management experience in biomedical science. John has been co-founder and Managing Partner of Triathlon Medical Ventures; a Managing Director of Senmed Medical Ventures; and involved in research, research management, and business development with Battelle Memorial Institute. John serves on the Boards of Aerpio Therapeutics, Eccrine Systems, and is Chairman of Airway Therapeutics.
Mr. Wooten is Vice President of Innovation Ventures at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC). He brings a track record of success in innovation strategy, business development, licensing, intellectual property, new venture creation, corporate acquisitions, and strategic planning.
Prior roles include Executive Director of Research Business Development and Strategy at Baylor College of Medicine, Director of Outreach and Commercialization at Gateway University Research Park, and Vice President with Neri Capital Partners. Mr. Wooten represents CCHMC on Xact's Board.
Mr. Cohen is the CEO of BGN Technologies, the technology transfer company of Ben-Gurion University. Prior to his role at BGN, Netta was the Director of Pharma Israel, the Multinational Pharmaceutical Companies Association; Director Finance & Business Development at Novartis Consumer Health and Gerber Baby food in Israel; and he held a VP role preceded by a number of managerial positions at Vitamed Pharmaceutical Industries. Mr. Cohen represents BGN on Xact's Board.
